Eller som jag beskriver lite l\u00e4ngre ner d\u00e5 man f\u00f6rst vispar \u00e4gg och socker och sedan blandar ihop med resten. Det andra alternativet tar lite l\u00e4ngre tid och ger lite mer disk, men ger en fluffigare kaka med h\u00e4rligt lite n\u00e4stan knapersegt t\u00e4cke med kr\u00e4migt innand\u00f6me. Passa s\u00e5 inte gr\u00e4ddas f\u00f6r l\u00e4nge!<\/p>\n<h4><em>Du beh\u00f6ver till en normalstor form:<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>100 gram sm\u00f6r<\/p>\n<p>2 dl socker<\/p>\n<p>1\u00bd msk vaniljsocker<\/p>\n<p>4 msk kakaopulver<\/p>\n<p>2 \u00e4gg<\/p>\n<p>1\u00bd dl vetemj\u00f6l eller ljust glutenfritt mj\u00f6l<\/p>\n<p>Sm\u00f6r att sm\u00f6rja formen med<\/p>\n<h4><em>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 170 grader.<\/p>\n<p>Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6ret i kastrull. Jag brukar st\u00e4lla klockan p\u00e5 13 eller 14 minuter. T\u00e4nk p\u00e5 att om du anv\u00e4nder varmluftsugn kortas tiden avsev\u00e4rt, kanske 8-10 minuter \u00e4r tillr\u00e4ckligt d\u00e5.<\/p>\n<p>Alternativ tv\u00e5 (som jag f\u00f6redrar): Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6ret i kastrull \u00f6ver svag v\u00e4rme. Vispa under tiden \u00e4gg med 1\u00bd dl socker s\u00e5 det blir ett ljust p\u00f6sigt \u00e4ggskum. N\u00e4r sm\u00f6ret sm\u00e4lt l\u00e4gger du \u00bd dl socker i kastrullen och r\u00f6r runt. St\u00e4ng av v\u00e4rmen strax efter. R\u00f6r ner vaniljsocker, kakaopulver samt vetemj\u00f6l i sm\u00f6ret och v\u00e4nd ner blandningen i \u00e4ggvispet. Inte s\u00e5 l\u00e4tt att servera i prydliga t\u00e5rtbitar, men en garanterad succ\u00e9. Tricket \u00e4r att ta den ur ugnen efter bara 10-15 minuter, beroende p\u00e5 pajformens storlek och tjocklek &#8211; kakan ska ha stelnat runt om och bara en bit in men fortfarande vara l\u00f6s.
