L\u00e4nk:&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/katinkaskitchen.com\/?p=14022\">http:\/\/katinkaskitchen.com\/?p=14022<\/a><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Du beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6r 4 personer:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>4 dl tjock yoghurt, typ matlagningsyoghurt eller liknande (jag anv\u00e4nder g\u00e4rna Lindahls turkiska yoghurt som jag tycker har b\u00e5de utm\u00e4rkt smak och konsistens och som dessutom finns i en laktosfri variant)<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 gurka, skalad och skuren i sm\u00e5 t\u00e4rningar (ta bort mittpartiet om det \u00e4r f\u00f6r vattnigt, s\u00e5 du f\u00e5r knapriga fina sm\u00e5 gurkbitar)<\/p>\n<p>1-2 tsk curry (b\u00f6rja med den mindre m\u00e4ngden och smaka av)<\/p>\n<p>pressad citron eller lime<\/p>\n<p>g\u00e4rna 1 pressad vitl\u00f6ksklyfta, eller strimlad v\u00e5rl\u00f6k eller finhackad schalottenl\u00f6k<\/p>\n<p>salt och peppar<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>R\u00f6r ihop yoghurten med den fint\u00e4rnade gurkan och curry. Smaka av om du har lagom m\u00e4ngd currry. Smaka av med salt och peppar och ev. citron- eller limejuice.<\/p>\n<p>St\u00e4ll \u00e5t sidan till servering.
