Man tar de frysta b\u00e4ren och k\u00f6r i mixern med socker och gr\u00e4dde eller f\u00f6r en nyttigare variant med naturell- eller vaniljyoghurt.<\/h3>\n<h3>P\u00e5 samma s\u00e4tt kan man g\u00f6ra med all frusen frukt och b\u00e4r. H\u00e4ll i gr\u00e4dden och k\u00f6r tills du den g\u00e5r ihop och blir kr\u00e4mig och fin.
