Vanligtvis bjuds \u00e4ven lammf\u00e4rsspett, k\u00f6fte, men har jag ont om tid k\u00f6per jag goda lammkorvar med h\u00f6g procent k\u00f6ttinneh\u00e5ll. G\u00f6r jag lammf\u00e4rsspett kryddar jag dem med vitl\u00f6k, spiskummin, paprikapulver, gurkmeja, koriander och citron. L\u00e4nk till recept p\u00e5 lammf\u00e4rsspett:<\/h3>\n<h3>Kycklingen marinerar jag i vitl\u00f6k, gurkmeja, spiskummin, citronsaft och olivolja. Det kr\u00e4vs inga l\u00e5nga marineringstider, s\u00e4rskilt inte f\u00f6r lammet. L\u00e4nk till recept p\u00e5 lammet:<\/h3>\n<h3>Grillade gr\u00f6nsaker g\u00f6r jag som tillbeh\u00f6r, ibland \u00e4ven oortodoxa potatisklyftor, \u00e4ven om ett slags pilaffris nog h\u00f6r mer till. Timjan \u00e4r gott att krydda med, och kanske lite rivet citronskal. T\u00e4nk p\u00e5 att riva av det innan du b\u00f6rjar pressa citronerna till alla marinader och drycken.
