Den blir n\u00e4stan svart n\u00e4r den steks, s\u00e5 det kan vara bra att tills\u00e4tta det mesta efter stekning. N\u00e4r kryddan blir bl\u00f6t blir den n\u00e4stan&nbsp;lilar\u00f6d som granat\u00e4ppelsaft,&nbsp;s\u00e5 i sallader tills\u00e4tter jag den efter olivolja och ev. citronsaft och r\u00f6r om f\u00f6rsiktigt. Jag har \u00e4ven gjort potatissallad med ruccola och sumac och kryddat kalvstek med sumac. V\u00e4nner kom och bad att f\u00e5 lite sumac f\u00f6r att kunna bjuda andra p\u00e5 tomatsalladen eller kyckling. Den \u00e4r v\u00e4ldigt god att str\u00f6 \u00f6ver kuber av fetaost som sedan f\u00e5r olivolja \u00f6ver sig. Jag hoppas du kan finna sumac att experimentera med i k\u00f6ket, eller anv\u00e4nda p\u00e5 traditionellt vis, som t.ex. vid en libanesisk grillafton som vi brukar kalla &#8221;arabian night&#8221;.
