Det beh\u00f6ver inte ligga l\u00e4nge i marinaden. Jag v\u00e4ljer det k\u00f6tt jag finner till bra pris. Det kan vara lammkotletter som p\u00e5 bilden, lammstek som jag sk\u00e4r i bitar, kanske till och med tr\u00e4r p\u00e5 spett, eller lammrostbiff. Putsa k\u00f6ttet och sk\u00e4r det i bitar. Ska du tr\u00e4 det p\u00e5 spett kan det vara l\u00e4mpligt att sk\u00e4ra lite mindre bitar, annars lite st\u00f6rre.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e5t k\u00f6ttet ligga i marinaden i ca en halv timme. Eller om du vill l\u00e4gga det l\u00e4ngre tid i marinad. D\u00e5 st\u00e4ller du det i kylsk\u00e5pet i en bunke med lock eller plast \u00f6ver, alternativt l\u00e4gger k\u00f6ttet med marinaden i en frysplastp\u00e5se, eftersom de \u00e4r tjockare \u00e4n vanliga plastp\u00e5sar.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e4r det s\u00e5 \u00e4r dags inf\u00f6r serveringen steker du k\u00f6ttet i grillpanna eller l\u00e4gger det p\u00e5 grillen. Torka av det innan du steker\/grillar det, men l\u00e4gg g\u00e4rna tillbaka det i marinaden efter stekning.
