Det g\u00f6r man f\u00f6r att k\u00f6ttet inte ska fastna p\u00e5 dem lika l\u00e4tt och f\u00f6r att de inte ska ta eld om du l\u00e4gger dem p\u00e5 grillen. Ibland g\u00f6r jag faktiskt &#8221;spetten&#8221; bara som rullade korvar som steks som de \u00e4r, utan att tr\u00e4s p\u00e5 spett, s\u00e5 som du ser p\u00e5 bilden.<\/p>\n<p>Blanda ihop lammf\u00e4rsen med alla kryddor och smaks\u00e4ttning och \u00e4gget. Smaka av om du ska ha i mer kryddor. vIll du inte smaka p\u00e5 lammf\u00e4rsen r\u00e5 kan du ta en klick och steka i lite olivolja i stekpanna.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e5t lammf\u00e4rsen st\u00e5 ett tag s\u00e5 att smakerna blandas. TA en klick lammf\u00e4rs och forma den till en platta i handen. Ta grillspettet och l\u00e4gg det i mitten av lammf\u00e4rsen som du har i andra handen. Forma f\u00e4rsen runt pinnen s\u00e5 du f\u00e5r avl\u00e5nga spett med lammf\u00e4rsdolmar.<\/p>\n<p>Pensla spetten med olivolja.
