Pensla dem med olivolja. L\u00e4gg dem p\u00e5 en pl\u00e5t i ugnen och rosta dem i 175-200 grader tills de \u00e4r helt mjuka. De kan \u00e4ven rostas hela om man vill, men eftersom det tar l\u00e4ngre tid brukar jag dela dem f\u00f6rst.<\/p>\n<p>Skopa ur det mjuka aubergienek\u00f6ttet och l\u00e4gg det i en mixer. Tills\u00e4tt vitl\u00f6k, tahini, citronsaft, salt, spiskummin och k\u00f6r mixern s\u00e5 att det blir en pur\u00e9. Smaka av om du beh\u00f6ver mer av n\u00e5got.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e4gg upp i en sk\u00e5l eller p\u00e5 ett fat, sl\u00e4ta till och fixa lite m\u00f6nster ovanp\u00e5 med en sked. Ringla lite olivolja \u00f6ver. Str\u00f6 g\u00e4rna sumac eller paprikapulver \u00f6ver. St\u00e4ll fram p\u00e5 bordet tillsammans med dina \u00f6vriga meze-r\u00e4tter.
