Taabil betyder p\u00e5 arabiska kryddning, och d\u00e5 \u00e4r vi tillbaka p\u00e5 just det jag skrev i b\u00f6rjan.<\/h3>\n<p><em><strong>Du beh\u00f6ver:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>2-3 dl f\u00e4rsk persilja, helst sl\u00e4tbladig persilja som \u00e4r mildare och mer aromatisk och den som anv\u00e4nds i Levanten.<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 &#8211; 1 dl f\u00e4rsk mynta<\/p>\n<p>2 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor, skalade och finhackade<\/p>\n<p>1 liten gul l\u00f6k, skalad och finhackad eller \u00e4nnu hellre v\u00e5rl\u00f6k\/salladsl\u00f6k, finstrimlad<\/p>\n<p>3 tomater, finhackade<\/p>\n<p>saft fr\u00e5n ca 1-2 citroner<\/p>\n<p>olivolja<\/p>\n<p>salt, peppar och g\u00e4rna lite kanel<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Sk\u00f6lj, torka och hacka \u00f6rtkryddorna. Hacka l\u00f6k, vitl\u00f6k och tomater och blanda med de hackade \u00f6rtkryddorna. Salta, peppra, krydda med en aning kanel. &nbsp;R\u00f6r i citronsaft och olivolja. I Libanon tror jag att de har en speciell kryddblandning de har i. I avsaknad av den \u00e4r just en aning kanel och kanske lite kryddpeppar ett gott alternativ.
