F\u00f6r en vegetarisk m\u00e5ltid serverar du dina rostade gr\u00f6nsaker med quinoa eller r\u00f6tt ris och kanske en l\u00e4ttgjord linsgryta.<\/h3>\n<h3>Jag v\u00e4ljer de gr\u00f6nsaker som \u00e4r i s\u00e4song, men alltid tomater, l\u00f6k och paprika. D\u00e4rut\u00f6ver kanske zucchini, aubergine och vintertid g\u00e4rna mor\u00f6tter. Det \u00e4r gott att l\u00e4gga med n\u00e5gra timjanruskor. Ibland l\u00e4gger jag hela vitl\u00f6ksklyftor, med skal och allt, bland gr\u00f6nsakerna att rostas. De blir d\u00e5 milda och h\u00e4rliga i smaken. Ringla olivolja \u00f6ver och str\u00f6 \u00f6ver flingsalt. R\u00f6r runt med h\u00e4nderna s\u00e5 att alla gr\u00f6nsaker f\u00e5r olivolja och salt p\u00e5 sig. S\u00e5 h\u00e4r g\u00f6r jag f\u00f6r att det ska g\u00e5 \u00e5t mindre m\u00e4ngd olivolja men \u00e4nd\u00e5 f\u00e5 olja p\u00e5 alla gr\u00f6nsaksbitar. Du kan annars l\u00e4gga gr\u00f6nsakerna direkt p\u00e5 pl\u00e5ten och salta och ringla olivolja \u00f6ver.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e4gg upp gr\u00f6nsakerna p\u00e5 en pl\u00e5t och st\u00e4ll in i ugnen som du v\u00e4rmt till ca 200 grader. Rosta dem i ca 30 minuter.
