Det kan beh\u00f6va ske i omg\u00e5ngar. Om du vispar dem f\u00f6r mycket blir det \u00e4ggr\u00f6ra i st\u00e4llet f\u00f6r omelett. Stek p\u00e5 l\u00e5g v\u00e4rme s\u00e5 att omeletten inte br\u00e4nns men stelnar.<\/p>\n<p>Ta en stor tallrik eller ett lock till en stor kastrull eller gryta och h\u00e5ll det mot stekpannan f\u00f6r att v\u00e4nda p\u00e5 den och l\u00e4gga omeletten p\u00e5 fatet eller locket.
