Det blir som en efterr\u00e4ttspizza. Oemotst\u00e5ndliga dofter sprids vid gr\u00e4ddningen och faktum \u00e4r att barnen glatt mumsar i sig merparten samma dag som l\u00e4ngderna bakats. V\u00e4ldigt kul!<\/h3>\n<p><em><strong>Du beh\u00f6ver:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>50 gram j\u00e4st<\/p>\n<p>150 gram sm\u00f6r<\/p>\n<p>5 dl mj\u00f6lk<\/p>\n<p>1 \u00e4gg, l\u00e4tt uppvispat<\/p>\n<p>1 \u00bd dl str\u00f6socker<\/p>\n<p>1 tsk salt<\/p>\n<p>2-3 tsk malen kardemumma \u2013 eller \u00e4nnu hellre hela korn som du krossar i mortel<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd tsk salt<\/p>\n<p>ca 12-15 dl vetemj\u00f6l<\/p>\n<p>100 gram sm\u00f6r<\/p>\n<p>1\u00bd dl florsocker<\/p>\n<p>3 msk vaniljsocker (elst \u00e4kta vaniljkorn utan socker som numera finns i en del aff\u00e4rer)<\/p>\n<p>\u00c4pplen, tunt skivade<\/p>\n<p>Malen kanel<\/p>\n<p>Malt r\u00e5socker eller ljust muscavadosocker (finns i de flesta livsmedelsaff\u00e4rer numera)<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6ret, h\u00e4ll i mj\u00f6lken \u2013 se till att degv\u00e4tskan h\u00e5ller 37 grader (fingervarmt). Smula j\u00e4sten i en bunke, h\u00e4ll p\u00e5 lite degv\u00e4tska och r\u00f6r ut j\u00e4sten. Tills\u00e4tt d\u00e4refter resten av degv\u00e4tskan och sockret, kardemumman samt det uppvispade \u00e4gget. H\u00e4ll i det mesta av mj\u00f6let men spara en del till senare. K\u00f6r med degkrokar i n\u00e5gra minuter. Se om det beh\u00f6vs mer mj\u00f6l. Degen skall vara smidig, inte f\u00f6r kladdig men absolut inte f\u00f6r stabbig heller. St\u00e4ll degen att j\u00e4sa under handduk i en halvtimme.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00f6r under tiden sm\u00f6ret med florsockret och vaniljsockret mjukt och p\u00f6sigt.<\/p>\n<p>Skiva \u00e4pplena. N\u00e4r degen j\u00e4st f\u00e4rdigt delar du den i l\u00e4mpliga delar och kavlar ut den ganska tunt. Anv\u00e4nd en sm\u00f6rkniv f\u00f6r att bre p\u00e5 vaniljsm\u00f6ret. Dekorera med \u00e4ppelskivorna och pudra kanel samt socker \u00f6ver. Gr\u00e4dda i 200 grader i ugnen i ca 20 minuter \u2013 kolla s\u00e5 blir h\u00e4rligt vackert gyllene. Servera ljummen. Det som inte \u00e4ts upp direkt fryses l\u00e4mpligen in och v\u00e4rms i ugnen p\u00e5 max 150 grader inf\u00f6r n\u00e4sta servering, alltmedan ljuvliga dofter sprider sig i k\u00f6ket.
