H\u00f6stpajen efter ett prisbel\u00f6nat recept som \u00e5terfinns i annat inl\u00e4gg p\u00e5 Katinkas Kitchen inneh\u00f6ll \u00e4pple, s\u00e5 nu pr\u00f6vade jag att ha i \u00e4ppelt\u00e4rningar i en kycklinggryta. Det blev v\u00e4ldigt gott.<\/h3>\n<h3>Man kan ocks\u00e5 t\u00e4nka sig att g\u00f6ra en annan sorts gryta med st\u00f6rre stekta klyftor av \u00e4pplen, men h\u00e4r kommer receptet p\u00e5 den h\u00e4r kycklinggrytan. Jag gjorde den p\u00e5 kycklingfil\u00e9er, eftersom vi hade k\u00f6pt det innan jag visste vad det skulle bli av dem. Det blir nog b\u00e5de billigare och godare att anv\u00e4nda en styckad kyckling med ben f\u00f6r mer mustig s\u00e5s. Stek p\u00e5 ganska l\u00e5g v\u00e4rme s\u00e5 de blir mjukkokta och bara precis b\u00f6rjar ta fin f\u00e4rg men inte br\u00e4nns. L\u00e4gg i kycklingbitarna och bryn dem s\u00e5 de f\u00e5r lite f\u00e4rg, eller stek dem i en stekpanna vid sidan av under tiden du steker l\u00f6ken och f\u00f6r d\u00e4refter \u00f6ver de brynta kycklingbitarna till grytan. Tills\u00e4tt mor\u00f6tterna, \u00e4ppelbitarna, tomatpur\u00e9, lagerblad och det vita vinet. L\u00e4gg i n\u00e5gra f\u00e4rska timjanruskor eller 1\/2 tsk torkad timjan.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e5t puttra ihop s\u00e5 att vinet reduceras n\u00e5got. Tills\u00e4tt buljongen och l\u00e5t koka ihop.
