Den \u00e4r god som ett tillbeh\u00f6r till k\u00f6tt eller fisk eller som en pastas\u00e5s.<\/h3>\n<h3>Caponata f\u00f6ll lite i gl\u00f6mska hos mig \u00e4nda till jag sprang p\u00e5 en burk caponata di melanzane (auberginecaponata) p\u00e5 Oliviers &amp; Co. F\u00f6rsta g\u00e5ngen jag gjorde den anv\u00e4nde jag tv\u00e5 frysta block torskfil\u00e9. Andra g\u00e5ngen anv\u00e4nde jag f\u00e4rska fil\u00e9er. Bred caponatan \u00f6ver fisken. H\u00e4ll 1\/2 dl vitt vin i formen eller annan v\u00e4tska. St\u00e4ll in i ugnen p\u00e5 175 grader. Baka i ca 15-30 minuter beroende p\u00e5 hur stora fiskbitarna \u00e4r och om den \u00e4r fryst eller inte. Ett fryst helt block tar \u00e5tminstone 30 minuter. K\u00e4nn efter genom att sk\u00e4ra i mitten av den om den \u00e4r klar.
