Det var det godaste kryddsm\u00f6r jag hade smakat, och jag \u00e5t alldeles f\u00f6r mycket av det underbara nybakta br\u00f6det f\u00f6re maten p\u00e5 grund av sm\u00f6ret.<\/h3>\n<h3>Att steka en bit gott k\u00f6tt och servera det med ett h\u00e4rligt sm\u00f6r som detta \u00e4r ett oerh\u00f6rt enkelt s\u00e4tt att f\u00e5 till en festlig middag, vare sig det \u00e4r med eller utan g\u00e4ster. H\u00e4r serverade jag \u00e4ven l\u00e5ngsamrostade tomater, en fr\u00e4sch gr\u00f6nsallad och ett gott br\u00f6d till. Ett vin gjort p\u00e5 60% Grenache, 30% Syrahoch 10% Mourv\u00e8dre \u00e4r det ett vin i stil med sydfranska viner.
