Underbart att komma hem till efter en dags skid\u00e5kning, en dags vandring eller en dag p\u00e5 stranden\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jag brukar g\u00f6ra det p\u00e5 n\u00e5got gott te som jag sj\u00e4lv dricker varmt p\u00e5 morgonen \u2013 t.ex. n\u00e5got fruktigt te eller ett gott gr\u00f6nt te eller n\u00e5got p\u00e5ste med \u00f6rter eller annan god smak. Ta det du gillar. H\u00e4r passar det med fruktiga smaker, tycker jag.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00f6r teet p\u00e5 morgonen f\u00f6re frukost \u2013 ta lite till frukost om du vill. Det \u00f6vriga teet blandar jag sedan med n\u00e5gon sked honung eller r\u00e5socker, r\u00f6r runt och sp\u00e4der med lite kallt vatten och st\u00e4ller in i kylen. N\u00e4r du sedan kommer tillbaka efter dagens utflykter l\u00e4gger du i isbitar och skivad citron, lime eller apelsin. Jag brukar l\u00e4gga en skiva i varje glas tillsammans med n\u00e5gra isbitar och h\u00e4lla p\u00e5 teet.
