Om du har n\u00e5got gott kryddsm\u00f6r \u00f6ver l\u00e4gger du i det att sm\u00e4lta i oljan ocks\u00e5. H\u00e4ll i \u00e4ggsmeten och dra genast ner v\u00e4rmen. Lyft med gaffeln i enlighet med omelettreceptet. N\u00e4r omeletten b\u00f6rjar stelna men inte hunnit bli helt klar l\u00e4gger du i fyllningen f\u00f6r att den ska hinna v\u00e4rmas medan omeletten steks f\u00e4rdigt. Mot slutet smular du i ch\u00e8vre. Stj\u00e4lp upp p\u00e5 ett fat s\u00e5 att den viks \u00f6ver fyllningen. Dekorera med basilika och ringla g\u00e4rna olivolja \u00f6ver.
