Det g\u00e5r \u00e4ven bra att frysa in sm\u00f6ret och plocka fram till andra tillf\u00e4llen.<\/p>\n<p>St\u00e4ll in potatisen och mor\u00f6tterna i ugnen. Steker du kycklingen i grillpanna anv\u00e4nder du inget fett, i annan panna rekommenderar jag olivolja. Den som vill st\u00e4ller in kycklingen i ugnen f\u00f6r att steka f\u00e4rdigt. Kycklingen \u00e4r klar n\u00e4r den saft som rinner ut d\u00e5 du sticker en vass kniv eller sticka i den tjockaste delen \u00e4r helt klar, inte rosa.
