L\u00e5t pumpan och l\u00f6ken rostas. L\u00e4gg d\u00e4refter ner bitarna i buljongen som du kokat upp.<\/p>\n<p>Under tiden som pumpan rostas steker du den finhackade schalottenl\u00f6ken i sm\u00f6ret i en stekpanna p\u00e5 medelsvag v\u00e4rme. N\u00e4r l\u00f6ken \u00e4r helt mjuk h\u00e4ller du p\u00e5 det vita vinet och l\u00e5ter det puttra ihop lite. H\u00e4ll l\u00f6khacket med vinet i kastrullen med soppan och l\u00e5t soppan koka i ca 20-30 minuter tills allt \u00e4r mjukt och alla smaker blandats.<\/p>\n<p>Mixa soppan, g\u00e4rna med en stavmixer. Krydda med peppar, salt och ev. lite riven muskotn\u00f6t.&nbsp;Smaka av! Den ska vara sl\u00e4t, kr\u00e4mig och fin men inte f\u00f6r tjock eller f\u00f6r vattnig. &nbsp;Vispa i gr\u00e4dden. Servera i sk\u00e5lar, g\u00e4rna med lite persilje- eller tryffelolja vackert ringlad \u00f6ver, och kanske ett persilje- eller k\u00f6rvelblad f\u00f6r dekoration.
