Upprepa tills formarna \u00e4r n\u00e4stan fulla. Jag brukar l\u00e4gga ungef\u00e4r tv\u00e5 lager potatis mellan varje varv av vitl\u00f6k, kryddor och ost. Avsluta efter det sista lagret potatis med parmesan, salt, peppar. H\u00e4ll gr\u00e4dde \u00f6ver och l\u00e4gg g\u00e4rna en klick sm\u00f6r \u00f6verst. St\u00e4ll in i ugnen p\u00e5 ca 150-175 grader att gr\u00e4ddas i ca 45 minuter. P\u00e5 slutet kan du h\u00f6ja temperaturen till 175-200 grader f\u00f6r att ge grat\u00e4ngerna lite f\u00e4rg men utan att de br\u00e4nns. Grat\u00e4ngerna \u00e4r klara n\u00e4r potatisen \u00e4r helt mjuk n\u00e4r du sticker en sticka eller knivspets igenom grat\u00e4ngen.
