Jag g\u00f6r tv\u00e5 varianter &#8211; en som ni l\u00e4st om tidigare med modernare asiatiska smaker av chili, lime och koriander. Och den h\u00e4r mer klassiska med r\u00e4kor, sallad, g\u00e4rna sparris och en riktigt god Rhode Islands\u00e5s spetsad med konjak. Man kan \u00e4ven ha n\u00e5gra droppar citron i om man vill.<\/p>\n<p>Servera r\u00e4kcocktailen med dressingen.
