Det \u00e4r mer l\u00e4ttlagat \u00e4n man tror, och barnen brukar tycka det \u00e4r j\u00e4ttekul att vara med och rulla gnocchisarna. Sedan \u00e4lskar de att \u00e4ta dem \u2013 en stor favorit, vare sig de serveras med tomats\u00e5s och parmesanost eller med en gr\u00e4ddig gorgonzolas\u00e5s, eventuellt med spenat i.<\/p>\n<p>Koka n\u00e5gra lagrade potatisar mjuka. R\u00f6r ihop till en deg. Du kanske beh\u00f6ver lite mer mj\u00f6l, eller lite mer \u00e4gg? Det \u00e4r sv\u00e5rt att ange exakta m\u00e5tt i det h\u00e4r receptet, eftersom det till stor del beror p\u00e5 hur fuktig potatisen \u00e4r. Degen blir ganska kladdig, men det r\u00e5r du p\u00e5 med hj\u00e4lp av att mj\u00f6la h\u00e4nderna n\u00e4r du rullar dina gnocchis. Ta en liten klick deg i fingrarna och rulla mellan fingrarna till lite avl\u00e5nga klumpar. L\u00e4gg p\u00e5 en sk\u00e4rbr\u00e4da som du mj\u00f6lat innan s\u00e5 de inte fastnar. Se nedan f\u00f6r b\u00e5da recepten.<\/p>\n<p>Koka upp en stor kastrull med vatten. N\u00e4r du ska koka dina gnocchis l\u00e4gger du f\u00f6rsiktigt i dem. Det g\u00e5r mycket fort att koka dem och \u00e4r busenkelt \u2013 eftersom de flyter upp n\u00e4r de \u00e4r klara!! Brukar bara ta en till tv\u00e5 minuter. H\u00e4ll av dem i durkslag och blanda med tomats\u00e5sen du kokat enligt receptet nedan. H\u00e4ll i de f\u00e4rska eller passerade tomaterna, tomatpur\u00e9n, socker och \u00f6rtkryddor och smula i buljongt\u00e4rning. L\u00e5t koka ihop ett tag s\u00e5 smakerna blandas. Det h\u00e4r beh\u00f6ver inte ta s\u00e5 l\u00e5ng tid, men den m\u00e5r \u00e4ven bra av att st\u00e5 och koka p\u00e5 l\u00e5g v\u00e4rme ett tag. Den g\u00e5r alldeles utm\u00e4rkt att g\u00f6ra iordning i f\u00f6rv\u00e4g. Jag g\u00f6r ofta dubbel eller trippel sats och fryser in s\u00e5 jag har till en snabb middag vid ett senare tillf\u00e4lle. Den blir bara godare av att st\u00e5 till sig!<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4ll dina nygjorda nykokta gnocchis i tomats\u00e5sen och r\u00f6r runt, servera med mycket nyriven parmesan och n\u00e5gra tag p\u00e5 pepparkvarnen. En garanterad succ\u00e9 bland b\u00e5de barn och vuxna!
