Det kan vara bra att t\u00e4nka p\u00e5 att palternackor och persiljer\u00f6tter (som liknar palsternackor i b\u00e5de form och smak) mjuknar snabbare \u00e4n de andra rotfrukterna. Sk\u00e4r dem d\u00e4rf\u00f6r g\u00e4rna i lite st\u00f6rre bitar \u00e4n de andra som kr\u00e4ver l\u00e4ngre tillagningstid. Koka dem i saltat vatten. R\u00f6dbetorna f\u00e5r du koka i separat vatten f\u00f6r att de inte ska f\u00e4rga allt med sin vackra r\u00f6da f\u00e4rg. N\u00e4r rotfrukterna mjuknat h\u00e4ller du av dem och forts\u00e4tter enligt receptet nedan, efter beskrivningen p\u00e5 hur du g\u00f6r om du ska ugnsrosta rotfrukterna i st\u00e4llet.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00e4ljer du att rosta dem i ugnen l\u00e4gger du dem f\u00f6rst i en stor sk\u00e5l, ringlar olivolja \u00f6ver och saltar, r\u00f6r runt ordentligt s\u00e5 alla bitar f\u00e5r olja och salt p\u00e5 sig innan <a href=\"http:\/\/katinkaskitchen.com\/?attachment_id=14916\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-14916\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-14916\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2012\/11\/IMG_9194-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2012\/11\/IMG_9194-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2012\/11\/IMG_9194-150x112.jpg 150w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2012\/11\/IMG_9194-1024x768.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>du stj\u00e4lper upp allt p\u00e5 en ugnspl\u00e5t. Rosta i ugnen p\u00e5 175-200 grader i ca 30 minuter. K\u00e4nn s\u00e5 att rotfrukterna mjuknat.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e4gg upp rotfrukterna p\u00e5 ett vackert fat eller i en sk\u00e5l. Smula i ch\u00e8vre, rosta pinjen\u00f6tter i en torr stekpanna s\u00e5 de tar lite f\u00e4rg men inte blir br\u00e4nda. Str\u00f6 dem \u00f6ver. Ringla olivolja \u00f6ver och dekorera g\u00e4rna med hackad persilja (h\u00e4r \u00e4r det den sl\u00e4tbladiga som jag tycker har finare smak) eller n\u00e5gon annan \u00f6rtkrydda, t.ex. basilika, mejram, k\u00f6rvel eller timjan.
