L\u00e4gg i kryddsm\u00f6ret om du har n\u00e5got. H\u00e4ll i gr\u00f6nsakerna och potatisen skuren i bitar. Fr\u00e4s ett tag s\u00e5 att gr\u00f6nsakerna blir varma. H\u00e4ll \u00e4ggsmeten \u00f6ver och lyft f\u00f6rsiktigt hela tiden s\u00e5 att \u00e4ggstanningen kommer ner till botten av stekpannan. Dra ner v\u00e4rmen till den l\u00e4gsta och forts\u00e4tt lyfta f\u00f6rsiktigt ett tag tills du ser att omeletten b\u00f6rjar stelna mer. Det \u00e4r viktigt att du inte har f\u00f6r h\u00f6g v\u00e4rme s\u00e5 att den inte br\u00e4nns. H\u00e4r l\u00e4gger jag p\u00e5 ett lock f\u00f6r att \u00e4ven ovansidan ska stelna n\u00e5got.
