Jag brukar s\u00e4llan hinna anv\u00e4nda skalen p\u00e5 en g\u00e5ng, utan st\u00e4ller dem i en sk\u00e5l med plast \u00f6ver i kylen \u00f6ver natten och kokar sedan fonden i lugn och ro dagen d\u00e4rp\u00e5.
