Kakan \u00e4r ganska l\u00e4ttlagad, s\u00e4rskilt om du hittar f\u00e4rdigskalade mandlar, och dessutom glutenfri.<\/h3>\n<h3>Jag g\u00f6r den b\u00e5de till jul och annars, den har en delikat smak av kanel och citronskal. Servera den som den \u00e4r, kanske med gr\u00e4dde. Vintertid kan det vara extrafestligt med den kryddiga apelsinsalladen som tillbeh\u00f6r.<\/h3>\n<p><em><strong>Du beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6r en ca 8-10 bitars kaka:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>250 gram mald mandel<\/p>\n<p>250 gram str\u00f6socker<\/p>\n<p>5 stora \u00e4gg<\/p>\n<p>Skalet av en tv\u00e4ttad (helst ekologisk) citron, finrivet<\/p>\n<p>1\/4 tsk malen kanel (ca 3 gram)<\/p>\n<p>1 msk florsocker att dekorera kakan med<\/p>\n<p>lite sm\u00f6r att sm\u00f6rja formen med<\/p>\n<p>en form, g\u00e4rna med l\u00f6stagbara kanter och g\u00e4rna en pappersmodell av S:t Jakobs-korset f\u00f6r dekorationen av t\u00e5rtan<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>S\u00e4tt p\u00e5 ugnen p\u00e5 175 grader.<\/p>\n<p>Blanda den malda mandeln med socker, citronskal och kanel i en sk\u00e5l.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00f6r i \u00e4ggen ett och ett med en spatel och r\u00f6r ordentligt s\u00e5 blir en j\u00e4mn smet. Den som vill ha mer p\u00f6sig kaka kan vispa \u00e4gg och socker innan man blandar med \u00f6vriga ingredienser.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4ll smeten i den smorda formen och st\u00e4ll den i ugnen i ca 45-50 minuter tills kakan stelnat och blivit gyllene men passa s\u00e5 den inte blir br\u00e4nd.<\/p>\n<p>Under tiden som kakan bakas kan du sk\u00e4ra ut en form med S:t Jakobskorset i papper.
