Stek dem i grillpanna eller vanlig stekpanna p\u00e5 b\u00e5da sidorna, f\u00f6rst p\u00e5 h\u00f6gre v\u00e4rme s\u00e5 de f\u00e5r fin yta, d\u00e4refter p\u00e5 l\u00e4gre v\u00e4rme s\u00e5 de blir genomstekta. Jag l\u00e4gger ofta ett stort lock \u00f6ver stekpannan mot slutet.<\/p>\n<p>Under tiden kycklingen steks kokar du b\u00f6norna. Det \u00e4r ett vin gjort helt p\u00e5 Malbec-druvan och \u00e4r ett Fairtradevin.
