En otroligt snabb och l\u00e4ttlagad r\u00e4tt som snabbt blir en favorit!<\/h3>\n<h3>Citronerna som bakats med serveras till r\u00e4tten, efter att du tagit n\u00e5gra och pressat i yoghurt f\u00f6r att g\u00f6ra en oslagbart enkel god s\u00e5s att servera till. Receptet finner du h\u00e4r p\u00e5 Katinkas Kitchen under tillbeh\u00f6r och s\u00e5ser: Yoghurts\u00e5s med ugnsbakad citron.<\/h3>\n<p><em><strong>Du beh\u00f6ver:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Kycklingfil\u00e9er (br\u00f6st- eller l\u00e5r-)<\/p>\n<p>Citroner, helst ekologiska, skurna i halvor och sedan halverade igen<\/p>\n<p>Peppar och salt<\/p>\n<p>Ev. n\u00e5gon god kryddblandning &#8211; jag har anv\u00e4nt chili- och limekryddblandningen p\u00e5 bilden h\u00e4r<\/p>\n<p>G\u00e4rna n\u00e5gon \u00f6rtkrydda efter tillg\u00e5ng och smak (t.ex. timjan, rosmarin, herbes de Provence&#8230;)<\/p>\n<p>Olivolja<\/p>\n<p>Om man vill kan man l\u00e4gga i n\u00e5gra hela vitl\u00f6ksklyftor ocks\u00e5 &#8211; de beh\u00f6ver inte vara skalade!<\/p>\n<p>En skv\u00e4tt vitt vin, om du har det<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>L\u00e4gg kycklingen i en ugnsfast form som du smort med olivolja, h\u00e4ll lite vin runtom (eller lite buljong, eller s\u00e5 l\u00e5ter du bli v\u00e4tskan), str\u00f6 kryddorna \u00f6ver kycklingen och stick ner citronerna och ev. vitl\u00f6ksklyftorna mellan kycklingbitarna. Gr\u00e4dda i ugnen p\u00e5 200 grader ca 20-30 min &#8211; pr\u00f6va s\u00e5 att kycklingen \u00e4r helt genomstekt genom att sticka en kniv eller sticka i k\u00f6ttet och se att saften som sipprar ur \u00e4r helt klar, inte rosa.<\/p>\n<p>Servera med yoghurts\u00e5sen och g\u00e4rna med rosmarinpotatisen du ocks\u00e5 finner h\u00e4r p\u00e5 Katinkas Kitchen.
