S\u00e5 h\u00e4r i juletider kanske julskinkan kan f\u00e5 ers\u00e4tta sin sydligare sl\u00e4kting.<\/h3>\n<h4><em>Du beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6r en frittata till 4 personer: (\u00c4r ni 6 kan man bara \u00f6ka p\u00e5 och fortfarande g\u00f6ra den i en stor stekpanna men \u00e4r ni fler \u00e4n s\u00e5 rekommenderar jag att snarare g\u00f6ra tv\u00e5 stycken. )<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>ber\u00e4kna 2 \u00e4gg per person och kanske n\u00e5got extra om g\u00e4sterna \u00e4r hungriga<\/p>\n<p>1-2 msk vatten att vispa upp \u00e4ggen med<\/p>\n<p>salt och peppar, ev. en knivsudd cayennepeppar (passar bra till \u00e4gg)<\/p>\n<p>1 gul l\u00f6k, skalad och skuren i bitar<\/p>\n<p>2-3 mor\u00f6tter, skalade och skurna i slantar\/skivor<\/p>\n<p>g\u00e4rna 1-2 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor, skalade och skivade<\/p>\n<p>olivolja till stekning &amp; att ringla \u00f6ver den f\u00e4rdiga frittatan<\/p>\n<p>n\u00e5gra skivor parmaskinka<\/p>\n<p>f\u00e4rsk ruccola, sk\u00f6ljd och torkad<\/p>\n<p>salt och peppar<\/p>\n<h4><em>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/em><a href=\"http:\/\/katinkaskitchen.com\/?attachment_id=15457\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-15457\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-15457\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2012\/12\/IMG_9350-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2012\/12\/IMG_9350-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2012\/12\/IMG_9350-150x112.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/h4>\n<p>Stek l\u00f6ken, vitl\u00f6ken och mor\u00f6tterna i olivoljan p\u00e5 medell\u00e5g v\u00e4rme tills de \u00e4r mjuka men inte tagit f\u00f6r mycket f\u00e4rg.<\/p>\n<p>Under tiden vispar du ihop \u00e4ggen med lite vatten, salt och peppar. Det \u00e4r viktigt att \u00e4ggen precis bara g\u00e5r ihop men inte blir f\u00f6r h\u00e5rt vispade s\u00e5 de sl\u00e5s s\u00f6nder. En omelett m\u00e5ste h\u00e5lla ihop, annars blir det \u00e4ggr\u00f6ra. Lyft \u00e4ggsmeten i kanterna och \u00e4ven mitt i s\u00e5 att den l\u00f6sa smeten rinner ner under den fasta. L\u00e4gg eventuellt p\u00e5 ett lock f\u00f6r att steka frittatan s\u00e5 den stelnar \u00e4ven p\u00e5 ovansidan.
