Det \u00e4r ett utm\u00e4rkt s\u00e4tt att ta tillvara rester och f\u00e5 en god m\u00e4ttande m\u00e5ltid.<\/h3>\n<h3>H\u00e4r har jag anv\u00e4nt gr\u00f6nsaksrester fr\u00e5n en tidigare middag.<\/h3>\n<h4><em>Du beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6r en frittata till 4 personer: (\u00c4r ni 6 kan man bara \u00f6ka p\u00e5 och fortfarande g\u00f6ra den i en stor stekpanna men \u00e4r ni fler \u00e4n s\u00e5 rekommenderar jag att snarare g\u00f6ra tv\u00e5 stycken. )<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>ber\u00e4kna 2 \u00e4gg per person och kanske n\u00e5got extra om g\u00e4sterna \u00e4r hungriga<\/p>\n<p>1-2 msk vatten att vispa upp \u00e4ggen med<\/p>\n<p>salt och peppar, ev. en knivsudd cayennepeppar (passar bra till \u00e4gg)<\/p>\n<p>g\u00e4rna 1 schalottenl\u00f6k, skalad och skuren i bitar &#8211; men kan hoppas \u00f6ver<\/p>\n<p>kokt broccoli, b\u00f6nor och potatis<\/p>\n<p>g\u00e4rna 1-2 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor, skalade och skivade<\/p>\n<p>olivolja till stekning &amp; att ringla \u00f6ver den f\u00e4rdiga frittatan<\/p>\n<p>salt och peppar<\/p>\n<h4><em>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>Vispa ihop \u00e4ggen med lite vatten, salt och peppar. Det \u00e4r viktigt att \u00e4ggen precis bara g\u00e5r ihop men inte blir f\u00f6r h\u00e5rt vispade s\u00e5 de sl\u00e5s s\u00f6nder. En omelett m\u00e5ste h\u00e5lla ihop, annars blir det \u00e4ggr\u00f6ra. Var d\u00e4rf\u00f6r varsam vid vispningen, som jag brukar g\u00f6ra med en gaffel.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e4gg gr\u00f6nsakerna i stekpannan tillsammans med vitl\u00f6k och olivolja. L\u00e5t fr\u00e4sa ett kort tag innan du h\u00e4ller p\u00e5 de uppvispade \u00e4ggen Lyft \u00e4ggsmeten i kanterna och \u00e4ven mitt i s\u00e5 att den l\u00f6sa smeten rinner ner under den fasta. L\u00e4gg eventuellt p\u00e5 ett lock f\u00f6r att steka frittatan s\u00e5 den stelnar \u00e4ven p\u00e5 ovansidan. Den som vill st\u00e4ller in den ett tag i ugn &#8211; men t\u00e4nk d\u00e5 p\u00e5 att det m\u00e5ste vara en stekpanna med ugnsfast handtag:)<\/p>\n<p>Krydda med salt och peppar och ringla g\u00e4rna lite olivolja \u00f6ver vid servering.
