Servera g\u00e4rna med kokta mor\u00f6tter, en gr\u00f6n sallad eller fransk tomatsallad. Skivorna kan rullas eller l\u00e4ggas som de \u00e4r.<\/p>\n<p>Blanda den tjocka, ovispade gr\u00e4dden med chilis\u00e5sen och curryn. H\u00e4r anv\u00e4nder jag en visp f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 ihop det. H\u00e4ll den smaksatta gr\u00e4dden \u00f6ver skinkan och klicka lite sm\u00f6r \u00f6ver &#8221;h\u00e4r och d\u00e4r&#8221;. &#8221;S\u00e5 kan fatet v\u00e4nta en stund, tills det \u00e4r dags att skjutas in i ugnen. V\u00e4rdinnan eller v\u00e4rden r\u00e4knar ca 45 min p\u00e5 sin klocka och \u00e4gnar tiden \u00e5t g\u00e4sterna. Ugnen skall st\u00e5 p\u00e5 ca 225 grader.
