Om man haft tur att k\u00f6pa eller f\u00e5 anklever (eller g\u00e5slever) &#8211; p\u00e5 konserv som h\u00e4r eller f\u00e4rsk, \u00e4r det ett v\u00e4ldigt snabblagat s\u00e4tt att f\u00e5 till god lyx.<\/h3>\n<h3>Jag har h\u00e4r skivat anklevern och lagt den p\u00e5 en b\u00e4dd av ruccola med tunna skivor \u00e4pple. Det hela toppas enkelt med lite olivolja \u00f6ver salladen och balsamicoreduktion \u00f6ver det hela. Flingsalt och ros\u00e9peppar p\u00e5 anklevern och det \u00e4r klart att serveras!<\/h3>\n<h3>Till serverar jag g\u00e4rna en god champagne, som Alexandre Bonnet Grand R\u00e9s\u00e9rve Brut som \u00e4ven \u00e4r mycket prisv\u00e4rd med sina 249 kronor, Art Nr 7555.<\/h3>\n<h3>Gott slut och gott nytt!<\/h3>\n<h4><em>Du beh\u00f6vertill ca 4-6 personer:<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>Anklever (eller g\u00e5slever) p\u00e5 burk (en burk brukar r\u00e4cka till 4-6 personer)<\/p>\n<p>ruccola eller annan god sallad<\/p>\n<p>1\/2- 1 \u00e4pple, skalat och tunt skivat<\/p>\n<p>lite olivolja<\/p>\n<p>balsamicoreduktion att ringla \u00f6ver(finns numera att k\u00f6pa p\u00e5 flaska bredvid balsamvin\u00e4grarna)<\/p>\n<p>ros\u00e9peppar att smula \u00f6ver anklevern<\/p>\n<p>flingsalt att smula \u00f6ver hela anr\u00e4ttningen<\/p>\n<h4><em>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>Sk\u00f6lj, torka och l\u00e4gg upp salladen direkt p\u00e5 faten du ska servera f\u00f6rr\u00e4tten p\u00e5.<\/p>\n<p>Skala, k\u00e4rna ur och skiva \u00e4pplet tunt. Sprid \u00e4ppelskivor \u00f6ver ruccolan p\u00e5 faten.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6ppna burken med anlevern &#8211; det g\u00f6r man helst i b\u00e5da \u00e4ndarna f\u00f6r att l\u00e4ttare kunna f\u00e5 ut den. Se till att sk\u00e4rbr\u00e4da och anklever \u00e4r kylda f\u00f6r att den inte ska sm\u00e4lta.<\/p>\n<p>Ringla en aning olivolja \u00f6ver. Man kan \u00e4ven v\u00e4lja att l\u00e4gga ruccolan i en sk\u00e5l, tills\u00e4tta flingsalt och en aning olivolja f\u00f6r att d\u00e4refter slunga runt salladen med olivoljan s\u00e5 bladen t\u00e4cks. Det g\u00f6rs l\u00e4mpligen med rentv\u00e4ttade h\u00e4nder. L\u00e4gg d\u00e4refter upp salladen p\u00e5 faten och dekorera d\u00e4refter med \u00e4ppelskivorna.<\/p>\n<p>Sk\u00e4r i skivor &#8211; det h\u00e4r g\u00f6r jag helst med en vass kniv som jag f\u00f6rst sk\u00f6ljt i varmt vatten, torkat av och sk\u00e4r direkt. Detta f\u00f6r att anklevern ska g\u00e5 l\u00e4ttare att sk\u00e4ra och inte fastna i kniven och d\u00e5 g\u00e5 s\u00f6nder.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e4gg skivorna p\u00e5 faten.<\/p>\n<p>Smula ros\u00e9peppar \u00f6ver ankleverskivorna.
