En bit k\u00f6tt eller en kycklingfil\u00e9 per person, pasta i en h\u00e4rligt kr\u00e4mig s\u00e5s med gorgonzola och en gener\u00f6s sallad till. Vips \u00e4r en m\u00e4ttande mumsig middag klar!<\/h3>\n<h4><em>Du beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6r 4 personer:<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>4 bitar k\u00f6tt (ca 150-200 gram per person) eller 4 kycklingfil\u00e9er<\/p>\n<p>pasta (jag har anv\u00e4nt \u00f6rt- och spenatnudlar)<\/p>\n<p>1 dl gr\u00e4dde (jag anv\u00e4nde liknande kaffegr\u00e4dde)<\/p>\n<p>1 dl cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche (f\u00f6r enkelhetens skull tog jag en med \u00f6rtkryddor i)<\/p>\n<p>1 bit gorgonzola (ca 250 gram)<\/p>\n<p>ev. en klyfta vitl\u00f6k, skuren p\u00e5 l\u00e4ngden<\/p>\n<p>\u00f6rtkryddor<\/p>\n<p>salt och peppar<\/p>\n<p>olivolja och sm\u00f6r till stekning<\/p>\n<p>goda blandade salladsblad (jag k\u00f6pte en f\u00e4rdig blandning med k\u00e5l och bl.a. lollo rosso)<\/p>\n<p>g\u00e4rna cocktailtomater, skurna i halvor<\/p>\n<p>olivolja, salt och peppar som dressing (den som vill har \u00e4ven balsamvin\u00e4ger, men jag tycker inte det beh\u00f6vs n\u00e4r det \u00e4r tomat i salladen)<\/p>\n<h4><em>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>Koka upp pastavattnet. Salta f\u00f6rst n\u00e4r det kokar, f\u00f6r att skona kastrullen har jag l\u00e4rt mig.<\/p>\n<p>Koka f\u00f6rsiktigt upp gr\u00e4dden med cr\u00e8me fra\u00eechen och gorgonzolan, g\u00e4rna tillsammans med uppskurna vitl\u00f6ksklyftan f\u00f6r extra god smak. R\u00f6r runt och se till att gorgonzolan sm\u00e4lter. Den som vill kan g\u00e4rna h\u00e4lla i n\u00e5gon halv deciliter vitt vin ocks\u00e5. Krydda med peppar och ev. salt.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00f6r i ordning salladen. St\u00e4ll den \u00e5t sidan till servering.<\/p>\n<p>Krydda k\u00f6ttet eller kycklingen.<\/p>\n<p>Har du valt k\u00f6tt g\u00e5r det fort att steka &#8211; d\u00e5 steker du det f\u00f6rst n\u00e4r pastan n\u00e4stan \u00e4r klar.<\/p>\n<p>Har du valt kycklingfil\u00e9er tar de l\u00e4ngre tid s\u00e5 d\u00e5 \u00e4r det dags att b\u00f6rja steka dem nu. B\u00f6rja steka dem p\u00e5 medelh\u00f6g v\u00e4rme, vrid sedan ner v\u00e4rmen n\u00e4r de f\u00e5tt fin f\u00e4rg s\u00e5 de inte br\u00e4nns men \u00e4nd\u00e5 blir genomstekta.
