Den nya s\u00e5sen blev mycket uppskattad och \u00e5terkommer snart p\u00e5 v\u00e5rt bord. S\u00e4tt p\u00e5 riset och f\u00f6rbered f\u00f6r att koka b\u00f6norna eller den gr\u00f6nsak du v\u00e4ljer att servera till.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6r att g\u00f6ra s\u00e5sen:<\/p>\n<p>Fr\u00e4s den hackade l\u00f6ken i sm\u00f6ret s\u00e5 den blir mjuk utan att ta f\u00e4rg. H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 vinet och l\u00e5t puttra ihop s\u00e5 att vinet reduceras en aning. Tills\u00e4tt ketchup, chilis\u00e5s, tomatpur\u00e9 och cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche. R\u00f6r ihop och l\u00e5t sm\u00e5puttra. Smaka av med salt och peppar och om du beh\u00f6ver mer tomat av n\u00e5got slag.
