Zeta har bra variant)<\/p>\n<p>1-2 paket fryst bladspenat, tinad (kan ocks\u00e5 med f\u00f6rdel tina \u00f6ver natten i kylen)<\/p>\n<p>1 paket fetaost<\/p>\n<p>1-2 burkar cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche<\/p>\n<p>saft av 1\/2 &#8211; 1 citron alt. 1\/2 dl vitt vin<\/p>\n<p>n\u00e5gon god kryddblanding, g\u00e4rna med \u00f6rter i (jag anv\u00e4nde en god rolig blandning jag fick i present av goda v\u00e4nner, Corall heter den och kommer fr\u00e5n Essensfabriken) eller blanda ihop lite dragon, k\u00f6rvel, basilika, timjan eller vad du vill ha f\u00f6r \u00f6rtkrydda med paprikapulver, peppar, salt och g\u00e4rna n\u00e5gon chiliblandning<\/p>\n<p>Sm\u00f6r till formen<\/p>\n<h4><em>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>Sm\u00f6ra en ugnsfast form. L\u00e4gg i bladspenaten, men krama ur v\u00e4tska om den har blivit v\u00e4ldigt bl\u00f6t vid upptiningen.<\/p>\n<p>Smula fetaosten \u00f6ver spenaten. Peppra och salta, g\u00e4rna med \u00f6rtsalt.<\/p>\n<p>Ta fiskfil\u00e9erna och bred ut dem \u00f6ver spenatb\u00e4dden.<\/p>\n<p>Peppra och salta fil\u00e9erna.<\/p>\n<p>Blanda cr\u00e8me fra\u00eechen med den soltorkade tomatcr\u00e8men eller -r\u00f6ran, citronsaft eller vitt vin och kryddor. Bred cr\u00e8me fra\u00eechen \u00f6ver fisken och st\u00e4ll in den i ugn som du v\u00e4rmt till 175-200 grader.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e4dda i ca 30-40 minuter &#8211; kolla att fisken \u00e4r precis genomstekt men inte blivit torr.<\/p>\n<p>Servera med kokt potatis, ris eller potatisklyftor som du stekt i ugn och kanske \u00e4ven en fr\u00e4sch sallad.
