Jag \u00e4lskar dem, men oj vad jag tycker det \u00e4r sv\u00e5rt att laga dem. Jag lagar med relativ l\u00e4tthet den mesta mat, men av n\u00e5gon anledning tycks alla recept och goda r\u00e5d om hur man pocherar \u00e4gg som kl\u00e4mk\u00e4cka tillrop utan verklighetsf\u00f6rankring. Den som har n\u00e5gra bra tips f\u00e5r g\u00e4rna h\u00f6ra av sig!<\/h3>\n<h3>Trots, eller kanske just p\u00e5 grund av detta, har jag givit mig i kast med n\u00e5gra f\u00e5f\u00e4nga f\u00f6rs\u00f6k att bem\u00e4stra konsten att pochera \u00e4gg. Det gick ganska okej just den h\u00e4r g\u00e5ngen.<\/h3>\n<h3>H\u00e4r har de serverats med skivor av r\u00f6kt lax till en brunch.<\/h3>\n<h4><em>Du beh\u00f6ver:<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>2 \u00e4gg per person<\/p>\n<p>kokande vatten som saltas och f\u00e5r 1 msk \u00e4ttika eller vitvinsvin\u00e4ger i sig precis innan pocheringen<\/p>\n<p>r\u00f6kt lax i skivor<\/p>\n<p>sallad, tomater eller vad du vill servera till<\/p>\n<h4><em>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>Koka upp vatten, salta och h\u00e4ll i \u00e4ttika eller vin\u00e4ger.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4ll \u00e4gg i en kopp, v\u00e4nd f\u00f6rsiktigt ner \u00e4gget i vattnet som du precis tagit fr\u00e5n v\u00e4rmen s\u00e5 det inte bubblar l\u00e4ngre. \u00d6s \u00e4gget med det heta vattnet. Efter n\u00e5gra minuter, n\u00e4r vitan stelnat men gulan fortfarande \u00e4r l\u00f6s tar du f\u00f6rsiktigt upp \u00e4gget och l\u00e5ter det rinna av lite. Krydda med peppar, salt (g\u00e4rna \u00f6rtsalt som Trocomare eller Herbamare) och kanske lite chilikrydda. Jag tycker om att servera med tabasco som jag droppar i \u00e4gget n\u00e4r jag skurit upp det.
