Den passar b\u00e5de till brunch, lunch eller middag.<\/h3>\n<h4><em>Du beh\u00f6ver:<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>1-2 baconskivor per person<\/p>\n<p>3 \u00e4gg per person (g\u00f6r max en tv\u00e5personers omelett och d\u00e4refter hellre fler omeletter f\u00f6r bra resultat &#8211; l\u00e4s g\u00e4rna mer om hur man steker en bra omelett p\u00e5 basreceptet du finner genom att skriva omelett nature i s\u00f6krutan till h\u00f6ger h\u00e4r)<\/p>\n<p>1 msk vatten per person<\/p>\n<p>salt, peppar och lite cayennepeppar<\/p>\n<p>olivolja till stekning<\/p>\n<h4><em>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>Vispa ihop \u00e4gg och vatten f\u00f6r en omelett f\u00f6r en eller max tv\u00e5 personer. Smaks\u00e4tt g\u00e4rna med lite cayennepeppar, men spara salt och peppar till n\u00e4r du stekt omeletten. Vispa f\u00f6rsiktigt med en gaffel s\u00e5 \u00e4ggen inte sl\u00e5s s\u00f6nder, de ska bara blandas f\u00f6rsiktigt men fortfarande ha kvar sin elasticitet, annars blir det snarare \u00e4ggr\u00f6ra \u00e4n omelett.<\/p>\n<p>Hetta upp stekpannan p\u00e5 ganska h\u00f6g v\u00e4rme. L\u00e4gg i baconbigtarna och stek under omr\u00f6rning tills de b\u00f6rjar bli knaperstekta men inte br\u00e4nda.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4ll ev. p\u00e5 lite olivolja.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 omelettsmeten och dra omedelbart ner v\u00e4rmen. Lyft f\u00f6rsiktigt med en gaffel (plastgaffel om du anv\u00e4nder teflonpanna som \u00e4r s\u00e5 bra just f\u00f6r omelett) s\u00e5 att \u00e4ggsmeten rinner ner i botten och f\u00e5r chans att stelna utan att omeletten br\u00e4nns. Forts\u00e4tt lyfta hela tiden tills all \u00e4ggsmet stelnat men fortfarande \u00e4r lite kr\u00e4mig i mitten. Krydda med peppar.<\/p>\n<p>Stj\u00e4lp upp p\u00e5 ett fat och servera direkt, ringla olivolja \u00f6ver och str\u00f6 lite \u00f6rtsalt \u00f6ver (TRocomare eller Herbamare), men t\u00e4nk p\u00e5 att baconen ger s\u00e4lta.
