Blanda ingredienserna till marinaden och l\u00e4gg laxen i den i en ugnsfast form. St\u00e4ll den \u00e5t sidan tills det \u00e4r dags att gr\u00e4dda den i ugnen strax innan servering.<\/p>\n<p>Strimla paprikan och purjol\u00f6ken, bryt broccolin i sm\u00e5 buketter och skala stammen som du sedan sk\u00e4r i skivor. Skala mor\u00f6tterna och forts\u00e4tt sedan att hyvla dem med potatisskalaren s\u00e5 du f\u00e5r remsor av mor\u00f6tter. Hacka ingef\u00e4ra, vitl\u00f6k, chili och schalottenl\u00f6k. Den som vill kan f\u00f6rv\u00e4lla broccolin f\u00f6rst 8jag brukar g\u00f6ra det eftersom jag inte \u00e4r s\u00e5 f\u00f6rtjust i n\u00e4r den \u00e4r f\u00f6r okokt).<\/p>\n<p>Bl\u00f6tl\u00e4gg nudlarna i kokande vatten i lite kortare \u00e4n den tid som anges p\u00e5 f\u00f6rpackningen. Det \u00e4r f\u00f6r att de sedan ska wokas och forts\u00e4tter att mjukna d\u00e5. Sk\u00f6lj nudlarna noga i ett durkslag med kallt vatten n\u00e4r du h\u00e4llt av det heta vattnet. St\u00e4ll nudlarna \u00e5t sidan medan du b\u00f6rjar woka gr\u00f6nsakerna och st\u00e4ller in laxen i ugnen.<\/p>\n<p>Laxen ska bakas i 175 grader i ca 10 minuter, beroende p\u00e5 hur stora bitar du skurit. Titta till den s\u00e5 laxen inte blir \u00f6verkokt.<\/p>\n<p>Hetta upp olja i en wok, l\u00e4gg i schalottenl\u00f6ken, vitl\u00f6ken, ingef\u00e4ran och chilin. Woka runt ett tag innan du tills\u00e4tter broccolin, purjol\u00f6ken, morotsstrimlorna och sist paprikan. Woka runt och tills\u00e4tt sedan nudlarna. R\u00f6r runt och h\u00e4ll p\u00e5 soja, sherry och thai chilis\u00e5s.<\/p>\n<p>Str\u00f6 hackad koriander \u00f6ver laxen och ev. \u00e4ven \u00f6ver nudelwoken.
