Denna italienska efterr\u00e4tt har blivit mycket popul\u00e4r och kan serveras med olika smaker. Till 4 personer brukar jag ta 4\u00bd dl gr\u00e4dde, till 6 personer knappt 7 dl gr\u00e4dde, till 8 personer 9 dl gr\u00e4dde och till 10 personer 12 dl gr\u00e4dde.)<\/p>\n<p>1-2 msk str\u00f6socker (g\u00e4rna muscavado eller n\u00e5got milt ljust r\u00e5r\u00f6rsocker)<\/p>\n<p>10-12 kardemummakapslar (de hela gr\u00f6na &#8211; se bilden, om du bara f\u00e5r tag p\u00e5 kardemummafr\u00f6n tar du ca 1\/2 tsk)<\/p>\n<p>finrivet skal och saft fr\u00e5n 1 apelsin (den som vill kan ha i st\u00f6rre strimlor av apelsinskal som &nbsp;sedan kan lyftas ur)<\/p>\n<p>2 gelatinblad (kallt vatten till bl\u00f6tl\u00e4ggning)<\/p>\n<h4><em>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>H\u00e4ll gr\u00e4dden i en tjockbottnad kastrull och l\u00e4gg i kardemummakapslarna och apelsinskalet.&nbsp;&nbsp;R\u00f6r i sockret. L\u00e5t koka upp och l\u00e5t sjuda p\u00e5 svag v\u00e4rme i fem&nbsp;minuter. Pannacotta betyder just kokt gr\u00e4dde p\u00e5 italienska (panna cotta egentligen).<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e4gg gelatinbladen i bl\u00f6t i kallt vatten i en sk\u00e5l.<\/p>\n<p>Lyft av kastrullen fr\u00e5n plattan och l\u00e5t svalna bara en liten stund s\u00e5 inte \u00e4r f\u00f6r hett n\u00e4r du ska r\u00f6ra i gelatinbladen som du lyfter upp ur sitt vattenbad och kramar ur lite l\u00e4tt. R\u00f6r i dem f\u00f6rst i en liten m\u00e4ngd av gr\u00e4ddblandningen som du tagit upp i t.ex. ett deciliterm\u00e5tt s\u00e5 de l\u00f6ses upp helt. H\u00e4ll d\u00e4refter ner de uppl\u00f6sta gelatinbladen i resten av gr\u00e4ddblandningen och r\u00f6r om ordentligt. Lyft ur kardemummakapslarna och stora bitar apelsinskal.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4ll upp i glasformar eller vackra glas. St\u00e4ll i kylen att stelna. Gelatin stelnar f\u00f6rst n\u00e4r det kyls, och det tar ett litet tag.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/katinkaskitchen.com\/?attachment_id=12057\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-12057\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2012\/08\/pannacotta-tillagas-2-Katinkas-Kitchen-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\"><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Den som vill kan servera finskuren apelsinsallad till som h\u00e4r p\u00e5 bilden, eller dekorera pannacottan med apelsinskivor vid servering. N\u00e4r jag g\u00f6r apelsinsalladen till den h\u00e4r pannacottan g\u00f6r jag den utan vanilj, men med lite mer finrivet apelsinskal, f\u00f6r att inte konkurrera med den h\u00e4rlig kardemummasmaken.
