Den passar \u00e4ven mycket bra till lax. Till p\u00e5sk \u00e4r den ett v\u00e5rigt vackert p\u00e5skgr\u00f6nt tillbeh\u00f6r till lammstek.<\/h3>\n<p>En broccolimousse fungerar utm\u00e4rkt till vilket k\u00f6tt som helst, \u00e4ven kyckling. En len mousse brukar \u00e4ven g\u00e5 hem hos barn l\u00e5ngt ner i \u00e5ldrarna. Spara lite kokvatten att kunna sp\u00e4da med. Mixa med mixerstav tillsammans med rumsvarmt sm\u00f6r och en skv\u00e4tt gr\u00e4dde eller cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche. Arbeta dig fram till de m\u00e4ngder du tycker ger en bra konsistens. Det \u00e4r sv\u00e5rt att ange. T\u00e4nk p\u00e5 att inte mixa f\u00f6r l\u00e4nge n\u00e4r du haft i gr\u00e4dden s\u00e5 den inte tjocknar f\u00f6r mycket. Cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche m\u00e5r d\u00e4remot ganska bra av att mixas upp ett tag.<\/p>\n<p>Smaka av med salt och peppar.
