Frysta bananer brukar barnen ha i frysen tillsammans med b\u00e4r just f\u00f6r att kunna sv\u00e4nga ihop denna goda glass p\u00e5 nolltid.<\/h3>\n<h3>Den \u00e4r dessutom v\u00e4ldigt nyttig eftersom s\u00f6tman kommer fr\u00e5n bananerna, m\u00f6jligtvis l\u00e4tt f\u00f6rst\u00e4rkta med en aning vaniljsocker, om sonen sj\u00e4lv f\u00e5r v\u00e4lja.<\/h3>\n<h4><em>Du beh\u00f6ver:<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>1-2 bananer, skurna i skivor och frysta (det g\u00e5r ganska fort att frysa dem s\u00e5 man kan \u00e4ven l\u00e4gga in dem n\u00e4r man lagar middagen och sedan ta fram dem f\u00f6r att vispa ihop glassen direkt efter middagen)<\/p>\n<p>200 gram frysta b\u00e4r &#8211; det blev bl\u00e5b\u00e4r och hallon den h\u00e4r g\u00e5ngen<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 tsk vaniljsocker (kan uteslutas)<\/p>\n<p>en mixer<\/p>\n<h4><em>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>L\u00e4gg de frysta bananbitarna, de frysta b\u00e4ren och vaniljsockret i en mixer. K\u00f6r mixern f\u00f6rst p\u00e5 pulsl\u00e4get och sedan mer ih\u00e5llande. Anv\u00e4nd en slickepott f\u00f6r att peta ner de smulor som flyger upp p\u00e5 kanten.
