Jag hade hittat fin s\u00f6tpotatis i aff\u00e4ren som jag blev sugen p\u00e5. Den skar jag i kuber och rostade i ugnen med lite goda kryddor. Till serverade jag lax som stekts i ugnen i sin marinad av soja, mirin eller torr sherry, riven ingef\u00e4ra och asiatiska kryddor. Till serverade jag en s\u00e5s p\u00e5 cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche och mango chutney med soja. Sallad och <a href=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2013\/02\/IMG_9834.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-16114\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2013\/02\/IMG_9834-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_9834\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2013\/02\/IMG_9834-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2013\/02\/IMG_9834-150x112.jpg 150w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2013\/02\/IMG_9834.jpg 640w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>gr\u00f6na b\u00f6nor till och det blev en v\u00e4ldigt trevlig snabblagad vardagsmiddag.<\/h3>\n<p>Receptet till den rostade s\u00f6tpotatisen kommer i eget inl\u00e4gg h\u00e4r bredvid &#8211; eller s\u00f6k i s\u00f6krutan uppe till h\u00f6ger.<\/p>\n<h4><em>Du beh\u00f6ver till 4 personer:<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>ber\u00e4kna 150-200 gram lax per person (dvs 600-800 gram f\u00f6r 4 personer)<\/p>\n<p>2 msk soja (jag anv\u00e4nder den japanska Kikkoman japansk soja)<a href=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2013\/02\/IMG_9835.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-16115\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2013\/02\/IMG_9835-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_9835\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2013\/02\/IMG_9835-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2013\/02\/IMG_9835-150x112.jpg 150w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2013\/02\/IMG_9835.jpg 640w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>en bit skalad och finriven ingef\u00e4ra<\/p>\n<p>g\u00e4rna n\u00e5gon asiatisk kryddblandning (kinesisk all spice eller wasabi-sesamblandning)<\/p>\n<p>1 1\/2 msk mirin (japansk lite s\u00f6t risvin\u00e4ger) eller torr alt. halvtorr sherry (jag tog faktiskt Noilly Prat Vermouth eftersom hade slut p\u00e5 b\u00e5de mirin och sherry)<\/p>\n<p>n\u00e5gra droppar gr\u00f6n tabasco (g\u00e5r att utesluta om du inte har det)<\/p>\n<p>gr\u00f6na b\u00f6nor som kokas lagom till servering<\/p>\n<p>sallad<\/p>\n<h4><em>Till mangochutneys\u00e5sen:<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>en burk cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche<\/p>\n<p>ca 1 dl mango chutney &#8211; smaka och pr\u00f6va dig fram om beh\u00f6vs mer<\/p>\n<p>en bit skalad riven f\u00e4rsk ingef\u00e4ra<\/p>\n<p>1\/4 tsk torkad mald ingef\u00e4ra<\/p>\n<p>1 msk soja (helst japansk mild och tunnflytande som Kikkoman)<\/p>\n<p>saft av 1\/2 citron<\/p>\n<p>salt och peppar efter smak (t\u00e4nk p\u00e5 att sojan ger s\u00e4lta)<\/p>\n<p>1 pressad vitl\u00f6ksklyfta<\/p>\n<p>g\u00e4rna n\u00e5gra cm purjol\u00f6k (g\u00e4rna av den ljusgr\u00f6na biten) eller n\u00e5gra stj\u00e4lkar salladsl\u00f6k (kallas \u00e4ven v\u00e5rl\u00f6k eller spring onion), sk\u00f6ljd och strimlad.<\/p>\n<h4><em>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>B\u00f6rja med att f\u00f6lja receptet f\u00f6r s\u00f6tpotatisen som du finner h\u00e4r bredvid p\u00e5 Katinkas Kitchen. St\u00e4ll in potatisen i ugnen att gr\u00e4dda medan du forts\u00e4tter med laxen, s\u00e5sen och tillbeh\u00f6ren.<\/p>\n<p>Sk\u00e4r laxen i bitar. Blanda ihop allt till marinaden och l\u00e4gg laxbitarna i den. St\u00e4ll laxen \u00e5t sidan tills det \u00e4r dags att st\u00e4lla in dem i ugnen ca 10 minuter f\u00f6re servering.<\/p>\n<p>Blanda ihop ingredienserna till s\u00e5sen, spara n\u00e5gra strimlor l\u00f6k att dekorera med.
