Man kan ocks\u00e5 v\u00e4lja att bara servera rotfrukterna och en fr\u00e4sch sallad till.<\/p>\n<p>Blanda ihop ingredienserna till kalvf\u00e4rsbifarna, blanda ordentligt. Det g\u00f6rs l\u00e4mpligen med v\u00e4l tv\u00e4ttade h\u00e4nder. D\u00e5 brukar jag inte anv\u00e4nda fett n\u00e4r det r\u00f6r sig om vanligt k\u00f6tt, men f\u00e4rs kan l\u00e4tt fastna varf\u00f6r jag penslat dem med olivolja innan stekning.<\/p>\n<p>Stek biffarna p\u00e5 b\u00e5da sidor p\u00e5 ganska h\u00f6g v\u00e4rme. De kan l\u00e4ggas in i ugnen allt eftersom de blir klara f\u00f6r att h\u00e5llas varma och stekas klart.
