Det \u00e4r fantastiskt gott och jag lagar det ofta. N\u00e4r jag kokar ris, framf\u00f6r allt n\u00e4ra eller under helgen, g\u00f6r jag g\u00e4rna lite extra f\u00f6r att kunna sv\u00e4nga ihop en god brunch, lunch eller middag n\u00e5gon dag senare.<\/h3>\n<h3>F\u00f6r oss som inte har <a href=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2013\/03\/IMG_9899.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-16202\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2013\/03\/IMG_9899-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_9899\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2013\/03\/IMG_9899-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2013\/03\/IMG_9899-150x112.jpg 150w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2013\/03\/IMG_9899.jpg 640w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>mikrov\u00e5gsugn \u00e4r det ett v\u00e4ldigt bra s\u00e4tt att ta tillvara \u00f6verblivet ris. Det steks med ingef\u00e4ra, vitl\u00f6k och chili och f\u00e5r tillskott av n\u00e5gon eller n\u00e5gra gr\u00f6nsaker samt soja.<\/h3>\n<h3>H\u00e4r hade jag en halv kastrull ris \u00f6ver, men bara frysta b\u00f6nor s\u00e5 jag t\u00e4rnade upp en morot och stekte med kryddingredienserna i b\u00f6rjan. Stekt \u00e4gg \u00e4r gott till. Den som vill kan \u00e4ven servera k\u00f6tt, fisk eller charkuterier till.<\/h3>\n<p>Servera det stekta riset som det \u00e4r eller kanske med tofu och du har en vegetarisk eller till och med vegansk r\u00e4tt.<\/p>\n<h4><em>Du beh\u00f6ver till ca 4 personer:<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>ca 4 dl okt ris (sj\u00e4lvklart kan du koka riset precis f\u00f6re tillagning om du vill)<\/p>\n<p>2-4 cm&nbsp;f\u00e4rsk ingef\u00e4ra, skalad och finhackad<\/p>\n<p>3-4 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor, skalade och finhackade<\/p>\n<p>1\/2-1 r\u00f6d eller gr\u00f6n chili, tv\u00e4ttad och finhackad eller strimlad<\/p>\n<p>n\u00e5gra msk soja<\/p>\n<p>kokta gr\u00f6nsaker (eller 2 mor\u00f6tter, skalade och hackade i bitar, broccoli \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 gott att ha i)<\/p>\n<p>olja till stekning (jag tar n\u00e5got oortodoxt alltid olivolja men smaks\u00e4tter r\u00e4tten p\u00e5 slutet med sesamolja)<\/p>\n<p>g\u00e4rna sesamolja f\u00f6r smaks\u00e4ttning<\/p>\n<p>ev. stekta \u00e4gg till servering<\/p>\n<p>g\u00e4rna hackad koriander att dekorera och smaks\u00e4tta med vid servering<\/p>\n<h4><em>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>Hacka ingef\u00e4ra, vitl\u00f6k och chili. Hetta upp olja i en stekpanna, g\u00e4rna teflon eller annan non-stick eftersom st\u00e4rkelserikt ris l\u00e4tt fastnar. Fr\u00e4s hacket \u00f6ver medelh\u00f6g v\u00e4rme under st\u00e4ndig omr\u00f6rning. Tills\u00e4tt riset och r\u00f6r runt ordentligt. Tills\u00e4tt \u00e4ven gr\u00f6nsakerna efter ett litet tag och r\u00f6r runt noga.
