H\u00e4r har jag gjort bavette, en bred platt sorts spaghettiliknande pasta som \u00e4r v\u00e4ldigt god med s\u00e5s p\u00e5 f\u00e4rdigskurna bacont\u00e4rningar, vitl\u00f6k, tomat, vin och \u00f6rtkryddor &#8211; enkelt, snabbt och v\u00e4ldigt gott!<\/h3>\n<h4>Du beh\u00f6ver:<\/h4>\n<p>1-2 paket f\u00e4rdigt\u00e4rnad bacon (eller bacon som du strimlar sj\u00e4lv)<\/p>\n<p>1-2 burkar hackade eller passerade tomater<a href=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2013\/02\/IMG_9953.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-16238\" alt=\"IMG_9953\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2013\/02\/IMG_9953-300x225.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2013\/02\/IMG_9953-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2013\/02\/IMG_9953-150x112.jpg 150w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2013\/02\/IMG_9953.jpg 640w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>g\u00e4rna 1-2 msk tomatpur\u00e9<\/p>\n<p>4-5 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor (h\u00e5ller f\u00f6rkylningarna borta:)<\/p>\n<p>en skv\u00e4tt vin (jag tog vitt)<\/p>\n<p>\u00f6rtkryddor efter tillg\u00e5ng och smak (jag tog herbes de Provence)<\/p>\n<p>peppar och ev. salt, men bruakr bli salt nog av baconet<\/p>\n<p>pasta efter tillg\u00e5ng och smak &#8211; ber\u00e4kna drygt 100 gram per person<\/p>\n<p>olivolja till stekning och till den f\u00e4rdigkokta pastan<a href=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2013\/02\/IMG_9952.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-16239\" alt=\"IMG_9952\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2013\/02\/IMG_9952-300x225.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2013\/02\/IMG_9952-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2013\/02\/IMG_9952-150x112.jpg 150w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2013\/02\/IMG_9952.jpg 640w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/h4>\n<p>S\u00e4tt p\u00e5 pastavattnet.<\/p>\n<p>Skala och hacka vitl\u00f6ken, fr\u00e4s den i olivoljan p\u00e5 medelh\u00f6g v\u00e4rme utan att den tar f\u00e4rg tillsammans med bacont\u00e4rningarna.<\/p>\n<p>Tills\u00e4tt vinet, l\u00e5t fr\u00e4sa ihop helt kort innan du tills\u00e4tter tomaterna och tomatpur\u00e9n.<\/p>\n<p>Krydda med \u00f6rtkryddor och peppar. L\u00e5t puttra ihop medan du kokar pastan al dente.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e5t pastan rinna av och h\u00e4ll tillbaka den i kastrullen, ringla lite olivolja \u00f6ver och h\u00e4ll p\u00e5 pastas\u00e5sen. R\u00f6r runt s\u00e5 att all pasta t\u00e4cks av s\u00e5s.
