Parmesan \u00e4r en oumb\u00e4rlig ingrediens i en h\u00e4rligt kr\u00e4mig risotto &#8211; med eller utan sparris eller svamp.<\/h3>\n<h3>Parmesan \u00e4r dessutom v\u00e4ldigt nyttigt har jag l\u00e4rt mig, full av kalcium som den \u00e4r d\u00e5 det g\u00e5r \u00e5t enorma m\u00e4ngder mj\u00f6lk f\u00f6r en bit ost. Vi laktosintoleranta beh\u00f6ver inte oroa oss, eftersom v\u00e4llagrad ost som denna har &#8221;Konsumerat&#8221; all laktos och d\u00e4rf\u00f6r inte ger n\u00e5gon reaktion.<\/h3>\n<h3>P\u00e5 somrarna i Sk\u00e5ne k\u00f6per jag en fantastisk parmesan p\u00e5 Vikentomaters l\u00f6rdagsmarknad d\u00e4r en kvinna st\u00e5r och s\u00e4ljer sin dotters och sv\u00e4rsons parmesan som de g\u00f6r p\u00e5 h\u00f6g h\u00f6jd i norra Italien.<\/h3>\n<h3>N\u00e4r jag inte har f\u00f6rm\u00e5nen att handla d\u00e4r eller f\u00e5 med en underbar parmesan fr\u00e5n Italien g\u00e5r jag g\u00e4rna antingen i hallen och k\u00f6per en bit, <a href=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2010\/05\/pesto-Katinkas-Kitchen.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-3028\" alt=\"pesto Katinkas Kitchen\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2010\/05\/pesto-Katinkas-Kitchen-300x225.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2010\/05\/pesto-Katinkas-Kitchen-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2010\/05\/pesto-Katinkas-Kitchen-150x112.jpg 150w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2010\/05\/pesto-Katinkas-Kitchen.jpg 640w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>eller g\u00e5r helt enkelt till min n\u00e4rmaste Coop d\u00e4r de i \u00c4nglamarksortimentet har en v\u00e4ldigt god v\u00e4llagrad och d\u00e4rtill ekologisk variant.
