Det \u00e4r en n\u00e5got omst\u00e4ndlig r\u00e4tt att laga, men n\u00e4r jag v\u00e4l g\u00f6r den ser jag till att g\u00f6ra en stor sats s\u00e5s och fryser in h\u00e4lften. P\u00e5 s\u00e5 vis kan jag snabbt f\u00e5 till en snabbversion av den h\u00e4r r\u00e4tten vilken vardagmiddag som helst, eller varf\u00f6r inte till en l\u00e4tt- och snabblagad god <a href=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2013\/03\/IMG_9918.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-16276\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2013\/03\/IMG_9918-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_9918\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2013\/03\/IMG_9918-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2013\/03\/IMG_9918-112x150.jpg 112w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2013\/03\/IMG_9918.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 225px) 100vw, 225px\" \/><\/a>fredagmiddag.<\/h3>\n<h3>I st\u00e4llet f\u00f6r det &#8221;riktiga&#8221; receptet p\u00e5 marinad f\u00f6r kycklingen g\u00f6r jag en enklare snabbvariant, som ocks\u00e5 blir god om \u00e4n kanske inte lika fylligt v\u00e4lsmakande som den vanliga versionen. Kycklingen sk\u00e4r jag i avl\u00e5nga bitar och tr\u00e4r dem inte p\u00e5 spett &#8211; allt f\u00f6r att spara tid. Riset kokas, s\u00e5sen v\u00e4rms och vips \u00e4r maten klar.<\/h3>\n<p>Du finner det n\u00e5got omst\u00e4ndligare originalreceptet i eget inl\u00e4gg h\u00e4r bredvid, d\u00e4r du ocks\u00e5 hittar receptet till den goda satays\u00e5sen, eller jordn\u00f6tss\u00e5sen som den ocks\u00e5 kallas.<\/p>\n<h4><em>Du beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6r ca 4 personer:<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>ber\u00e4kna minst ett kycklingbr\u00f6st per person &#8211; av n\u00e5gon anledning g\u00e5r det alltid \u00e5t mer n\u00e4r man g\u00f6r chicken satay (f\u00e5r jag tag p\u00e5 kycklinginnerfil\u00e9er som redan \u00e4r i smala strimlor k\u00f6per jag g\u00e4rna dem)<\/p>\n<p>1 citron &amp; 2 limfrukter, pressade<\/p>\n<p>n\u00e5gra msk soja (jag anv\u00e4nder alltid Kikkoman)<\/p>\n<p>en bit f\u00e4rsk ingef\u00e4ra, skalad och riven<\/p>\n<p>3-5 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor, skalade och pressade<\/p>\n<p>g\u00e4rna lite r\u00f6d chili &#8211; f\u00e4rsk eller torkad, hackad eller smulad<\/p>\n<p>satays\u00e5s som du gjort tidigare<\/p>\n<p>ris, g\u00e4rna jasmin- eller basmatiris<\/p>\n<p>sallad eller n\u00e5gon god gr\u00f6nsak att servera till (t.ex. broccoli, b\u00f6nor, pak choi)<\/p>\n<h4><em>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>Blanda alla ingredienserna till marinaden. Sk\u00e4r kycklingen i avl\u00e5nga strimlor eller ta innerfil\u00e9erna och l\u00e4gg dem i marinaden i en ugnsfast form.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e4tt p\u00e5 riset enligt anvisningar p\u00e5 f\u00f6rpackningen.<\/p>\n<p>St\u00e4ll kycklingen i marinaden i ugnen som du v\u00e4rmt till ca 175 grader. Gr\u00e4dda kycklingen ca 20-30 minuter &#8211; se efter att den \u00e4r genomstekt genom att sticka i den.
