R\u00f6r runt s\u00e5 att alla bitar s\u00f6tpotatis f\u00e5r olja och kryddor p\u00e5 sig. St\u00e4ll in formen i ugnen som du v\u00e4rmt till ca 200 grader.<\/p>\n<p>Krydda k\u00f6ttet och l\u00e4gg det \u00e5t sidan tills det \u00e4r dags att steka det.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00f6r i ordning och l\u00e4gg upp salladen i en sk\u00e5l.<\/p>\n<p>Fr\u00e4s vitl\u00f6k med zucchini p\u00e5 medelh\u00f6g v\u00e4rme. Tills\u00e4tt tomaterna och fr\u00e4s ett tag till. Krydda med salt och peppar och g\u00e4rna n\u00e5gon chili och \u00f6rtkrydda.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e4r zucchinin precis b\u00f6rjar mjukna utan att bli f\u00f6r mjuk &#8211; den ska fortfarande ha ett visst bett tycker jag &#8211; h\u00e4ller du p\u00e5 balsamvin\u00e4gern och bara &#8221;br\u00e4nner av&#8221;.
