N\u00e4r \u00e4ggvispet blivit vitt, fast och fluffigt h\u00e4ller du f\u00f6rsiktigt i sockret lite i taget under fortsatt vispning tills allt socker \u00e4r ivispat. Sist v\u00e4nder du ner de hackade pistagen\u00f6tterna.<\/p>\n<p>Bred pistagemar\u00e4ngen \u00f6ver p\u00e4ron- och citronlfyllningen.<\/p>\n<p>St\u00e4ll in i ugnen p\u00e5 ca 150-170 grader. Baka i \u00e5tminstone 45 minuter. Titta till pajen s\u00e5 den inte tar f\u00f6r mycket f\u00e4rg. Mar\u00e4ngen ska bli l\u00e4tt ljusbrun och frasig p\u00e5 ytan.
