Jag serverade den med r\u00e5rivna mor\u00f6tter som smaksatts med f\u00e4rskpressad citron, salt och olivolja och ett r\u00e5ris d\u00e4rtill. God, l\u00e4ttlagad mat i vardagen:)<\/h3>\n<h4><em>Du beh\u00f6ver till ca 4 personer:<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>500 gram k\u00f6ttf\u00e4rs<\/p>\n<p>1 aubergine, tv\u00e4ttad och skuren i bitar ca 1&#215;1 cm<\/p>\n<p>1 zucchini, tv\u00e4ttad och skuren i bitar ca 1&#215;1 cm<\/p>\n<p>1 gul l\u00f6k, skalad och hackad i bitar ca 1&#215;1 cm<\/p>\n<p>1-2 schalottenl\u00f6kar (jag tog 1 bananschalottenl\u00f6k eftersom de \u00e4r st\u00f6rre)<\/p>\n<p>2-4 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor, skalade och hackade<\/p>\n<p>1-2 burkar cannellinib\u00f6nor eller kidneyb\u00f6nor<\/p>\n<p>2 burkar tomater (jag tog 1 burk hackade och 1 burk passerade)<\/p>\n<p>n\u00e5gra msk tomatpur\u00e9<\/p>\n<p>1 buljongt\u00e4rning, k\u00f6tt-, kalv- eller gr\u00f6nsaksbuljong<\/p>\n<p>g\u00e4rna n\u00e5gra st\u00e4nk kelpamare (en naturlig smakf\u00f6rst\u00e4rkare gjord p\u00e5 alger som jag g\u00e4rna anv\u00e4nder i grytor och s\u00e5ser nu n\u00e4r jag l\u00e4rt k\u00e4nna denna utm\u00e4rkta produkt)<\/p>\n<p>1-1\/2 tsk gurkmeja<\/p>\n<p>1-1\/2 tsk paprikapulver<\/p>\n<p>1\/2-1 tsk spiskummin<\/p>\n<p>chili, f\u00e4rsk eller torkad eller i chiliblandning<\/p>\n<p>peppar och salt (smaka av eftersom buljongen ger s\u00e4lta)<\/p>\n<p>g\u00e4rna koriander, om du vill och har annars kanske lite basilika till servering<\/p>\n<p>olja till stekning (jag anv\u00e4nder alltid olivolja)<\/p>\n<h4><em>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>Fr\u00e4s vitl\u00f6ken och l\u00f6ken i oljan, tills\u00e4tt k\u00f6ttf\u00e4rsen. Stek tills den b\u00f6rjar f\u00e5 lite f\u00e4rg, tills\u00e4tt kryddorna och gr\u00f6nsakerna. Tills\u00e4tt d\u00e4refter tomaterna och tomatpur\u00e9n samt buljongen och kelpamaren. H\u00e4ll i de v\u00e4l avrunna (och sk\u00f6ljda) b\u00f6norna.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e5t puttra under lock, r\u00f6r om d\u00e5 och d\u00e5!
